Our beef chorizo sausage combines our delicious dry-aged beef with a blend of spices. It can be served like typical Basque chorizo or by removing the casing to cook. Small batch, single animal sourced. 4 brats per package. Approximately 1lb package.
This cut can be shipped with a minimum of 6lbs of beef to ensure it arrives frozen.
